Description of the Service

RallyTap is a tennis scoring application intended to help users track points, games, sets, and completed match history.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law;
  • use the Service to violate the rights of others; or
  • misrepresent your relationship with us or the RallyTap brand.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sophomath LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Your Responsibility for Device Data

You are responsible for the data stored on your device. Because RallyTap stores match information locally, uninstalling the app, clearing local storage, or losing access to your device may result in loss of match data.

Intellectual Property

RallyTap and related branding, design, and content are owned by Sophomath LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated effective date.
