RallyTap started because I wanted a fast, simple way to keep score while watching my daughter play high school tennis. Often, it was too loud to hear the score, or the score displayed on court wasn’t updated quickly enough. I built it last season and wondered if others might find it useful too.
Once I could follow the score, I wanted to remember more: how points ended, who she played against, what kept happening, and what might be useful to work on next.
Conversations with other parents, and now coaches, have helped shape RallyTap into a tool for scoring, charting, and reviewing matches. I’m still building it around real matches and what people find useful courtside.
